805 Street Decks
805 Street Decks was one of the first full branding projects I ever took on, and somehow it is still one of the strongest. This project started with a simple idea for a local skate shop in Oxnard, and it turned into a full identity that feels gritty, energetic, and impossible to confuse with anything else in the area.
I wanted the brand to look like it belonged on a deck, a sticker, a storefront window, and maybe a few places it probably should not be. The goal was to create something bold and approachable, something that felt like it came straight out of the local skate scene rather than a corporate boardroom.
This project taught me a lot about trusting my instincts and committing to a visual style. It also reminded me that sometimes your early work surprises you by holding its own years later. Take a look through the pieces and you will see why this one still earns a spot in the lineup.
